Meghan Peterson

Meghan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Bemidji State University in psychology in 2016 and a Master’s Degree from Simmons University in social work in 2022. Meghan is a clinical trainee working towards clinical licensure and has been working with children and adolescence in the school and outpatient setting since 2021. She believes that therapy is a client-centered and collaborative process that allows clients to gain new perspectives and self-awareness, and to decrease symptoms. Meghan enjoys partnering with her clients to identify strengths and how those strengths can be used to the client’s benefit.
LICENSURE: Licensed Graduate Social Worker
SPECIALTY: I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults and offer support in a variety of areas such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and life stressors.
