Children's Therapeutic Services & Supports Provider
Mental Health Practitioners and Mental Health Professionals offer preventive mental health services to K-12 students in schools contracting with Stellher Human Services, Inc. Funding is provided by special education funds, county-based mental health collaboratives, school districts, and counties.
Overview of Our Team
Mental health professionals employed by Stellher Human Services, Inc. provide clinical supervision and direct services in school-based settings, in homes and at an outpatient clinic in Bemidji and Detroit Lakes. Licensed therapists see outpatient clients on a fee-for-service appointment basis in Bemidji and Detroit Lakes.
Children's Crisis Hotline
Through a grant with the State of Minnesota, Stellher offers a 24-hour, 7-day per week children’s and adolescent crisis service which offers face-to-face response to crisis calls from families, hospitals, law enforcement or community organizations to the residents of Beltrami County, Red Lake Indian Reservation, Clearwater County and Hubbard Counties.
Early Childhood Mental Health
Stellher's Early Childhood Mental Health Program offers an array of services to infants, toddlers, pre-K children, and their families in various settings.
Through various grants from the Minnesota Department of Human Services, the Northwest Minnesota Foundation, and Prime West Health Systems, Stellher has developed programs. Our early childhood staff is trained in the DC: 0-5 and ECSII. We have providers trained in Trauma-Informed Child-Parent Psychotherapy.
