Mental Health Therapy to Individuals and Families
Stellher Human Services, Inc. provides mental health therapy to individuals and families who request services. Services are provided by licensed mental health professionals who include licensed independent clinical social workers, licensed professional clinical counselors, and clinical trainees under the supervision of LMFTs and LPs.
Stellher offers the following services:
- Diagnostic assessments
- DC0-5 assessments for children ages 0–5
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Group therapy
- Crisis Intervention and stabilization services
- Trauma Focused Therapy (TF-CBT)
Services begin with a diagnostic assessment. A diagnostic assessment is an evaluation of a person's current life situation and sources of stress. The result is a recommendation for needed mental health services.

Insurance and Payment Options
Self-pay and most health care plans including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MN Care, Prime West, South Country Alliance, and Medical Assistance are accepted.
Notice to clients:
Stellher Human Services, Inc. serves all clients regardless of inability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered depending on family size and income. Applications for discounted rates can be obtained at our Bemidji Outpatient Office.
