Sally earned a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead in psychology and a master’s degree from Argosy University, Twin Cities in marriage and family therapy. Sally is a licensed marriage and family therapist and has been working with children, adults, and families for the last seven years through in-home, school-based, and outpatient services.

She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and guides clients to increase self-awareness, gain new perspectives, decrease symptoms, and increase personal strengths to have a more meaningful life experience. Sally integrates relationship strategies, cognitive behavior, solution-focused, and trauma-informed practices to support the individual or family.

SPECIALTY: Sally has specialized trainings in eye movement reprocessing and desensitization therapy (EMDR) and trauma-informed child-parent psychotherapy (TI-CPP). Sally is trained to complete DC: 0-5 assessments as well as regular diagnostic assessments to provide appropriate therapeutic intervention for persons across the entire age demographic.
