Mobile Crisis Response Mental Health Professional (Part-Time)

Stellher Human Services is looking for a Mental Health Professional for our Mobile Crisis program.

The MHP daytime position will play a key role in guiding the Practitioner's crisis assessments, interventions, and recommendations for crisis treatment plans, and stabilization services.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with crisis Practitioner throughout the day as needed, including treatment supervision and guidance on recommendations, interventions, and development of crisis treatment plans.
• Review crisis documentation completed by Practitioner and sign.
• Provides ongoing treatment supervision for Practitioner when providing stabilization services to youth and families.
• Performs duties in compliance with federal and state laws related to mandated reporting, HIPAA, and the Data Privacy Act.
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with clients and coworkers
• Treats clients and coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Works as part of a team to promote a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to the mission of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Professional – if not licensed in MN, must be able to meet MN requirements for Mental Health Professional
• Experience in serving youth and families with dealing with a mental health crisis, and suicidal assessment and intervention.
