I received my A.A. Degree from Central Lakes Community College; B.A. in Psychology from St. Cloud State University; and M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University.

SPECIALTY: I use systemic and experiential approaches in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy elements. I also use non-traditional therapeutic modalities such as art, music, sand tray therapy and play therapy techniques. I have received training in sand tray, play therapy, trauma-focused CBT, prepare enrich, sexual concerns/ issues, managing adaptive practices, and attachment.

I work with all ages and backgrounds. I provide mental health services for individuals, families and couples.
