Provides therapy services for individuals and families for children, adolescents and adults. Special interests include family issues, trauma, depression, codependency issues, Co-occurring disorders, and anxiety.
Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) an evidence-based practice to treat trauma and addictive behaviors and CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy) an evidence-based practice to help repair the parent and child relationship after traumatic experiences ages 0-6. Certified in Grief Movement and Thought Field Therapy (TFT).

EDUCATION: Graduated from Capella University in 2018 with Master in Marriage and Family Therapy. Bachelors 2000 from Moorhead State University BS in Early Childhood Education.
