I earned my B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from MSUM (May 2000). I have worked in education, as a licensed teacher, for 15 years with 12 of those years teaching preschool at a private school, and 3 years working in the public school as a Parent Educator. Master in Marriage and Family Therapy (December 2018). I am currently providing outpatient services in Detroit Lakes.

Provides therapy services for individuals and families for children, adolescents and adults.  Special interests include family issues, trauma, depression, Co-occurring disorders, and anxiety.  EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) Trained and CPP (Child Parent Psychotherapy) trained for trauma.

LICENSURE: Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapy

SPECIALTY: I enjoy working with all ages including those experiencing family conflict, divorce, infidelity, blended families, anxiety, depression and co-occurring substance issues.

EDUCATION: Graduated from Capella University in 2018 with Master in Marriage and Family Therapy.  Bachelors 2000 from Moorhead State University BS in Early Childhood Education.
