Greta Jeska

I joined the Stellher agency in 2020. I have worked many different jobs (crisis, School-based CTSS and Outpatient) while employed at Stellher. I am currently working in the Outpatient Office in Detroit Lakes, MN. My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Southwest Minnesota State University in 2015 and a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler Graduate School in 2020.

SPECIALTY: I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety along with others. My clinical focus has been on adolescence and adults, but I enjoy working with all ages. I work from a trauma informed view with client centered care to assist client in achieving optimal mental health.

Interventions (include but are not limited to): EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Psychoeducation, Solution Focused.
