My educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. With Stellher I have provided mental health services in a variety of settings including the school -based program, home based program, and the Bemidji outpatient office. My clinical focus has been on adolescents and young adults, but I enjoy working with all ages. I joined the Stellher mental health team in August of 2015.

SPECIALTY: Training has included evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP). My approach to counseling is to partner with my clients while walking with them on their journey to an increased mental awareness.
